• Delivery available to Connecticut Towns: Newtown, Sandy Hook, Bethel, Monroe, Southbury, Easton, Redding, Ridgefield, Brookfield, and Danbury. Please provide a cooler with ice at your delivery point (or we can supply a cooler and ice for a $10 charge)

Our Menu
Every meal is made from scratch with real, whole ingredients. We're focused on a healthier American diet that includes dairy, pastas, rice, beans, and grains, while avoiding inflammatory items like gluten, soy, and added sugar. Each meal includes 6oz of protein and 1.5 cups of starch and vegetables, packaged as a personal, single-serving meal in a 32 oz microwavable container. Heating instructions are included with every order.
