I'm Jeff Muntz, a Newtown, CT dad and career chef. I spent over a decade managing kitchens across Pennsylvania and New Jersey — running the line, training staff, and building a culture where consistency and excellence weren't optional.
These days, I bring that same standard to GoodMeal. Every dish is made from scratch in a licensed commercial kitchen right here in Newtown, using clean ingredients: no seed oils, no added sugar, nothing you can't pronounce. Just real food, portioned right, ready to reheat when your week gets busy.
We proudly serve Connecticut communities with local delivery, because great food is always better when it's close to home. I'm not running a factory.
